Local Colors, Blue Ridge Literacy and the City of Roanoke hosting a spring festival that is celebrated in Central Asian communities. The event features highlights of Nowruz traditions, storytelling, traditional music, opportunities to join in traditional dancing, food and artisan crafts. There will be some fun activities for the kids, too!
